In my meditation, I was shown the steeple of a cathedral, and then I was standing on the ground surrounded by a magnificent white light. I saw myself from above, about the height of the steeple, and I was so small, yet I felt so connected to all that is through the wide ray of divine light that shone on me.
I understand this message as a reminder that we are always connected to our divinity, but we often forget that because we get so wrapped up in the busyness of our lives. This can lead to a feeling of separation from our divinity. We can feel lonely and afraid, as if we have to do everything ourselves. It helps to clear the crown chakra and enable the flow of higher consciousness to move through us.
As a spiritual person, I find the divine in many places -- in nature, in temples and churches, in gatherings of like-minded people, and in the stars, to name a few. I don't have a specific name for my divinity. I call it The Universe, All That Is, God, Krishna, Buddha, Allah, Spirit, Christ Consciousness, and Divine Mother.
When our crown chakra is balanced, we feel connected to our higher self and to All That Is. We can easily access our inner wisdom, feel connected to others and life, can see the bigger picture, and feel a sense of serenity and wholeness despite what is happening around us. © Erika Marie Rose and Good Vibes, 2019
