Join us for a transformative yoga experience that combines the restorative power of Yin Yoga and the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. The Yin Yoga will be accompanied by the meditative sounds of Tibetan bowls.

In this class, we will start with a gentle and slow-paced Yin Yoga practice that focuses on stretching and releasing the deep connective tissues of the body. After Yin Yoga, we will transition into a guided Yoga Nidra practice, where you will be led into a state of deep relaxation and rest. Yoga Nidra is known as "psychic sleep" and is a powerful meditation technique that allows you to access a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is said to have profound physical, mental, and emotional benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, and enhancing creativity and intuition.

This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Whether you are looking to release tension in your body, calm your mind, or simply enjoy a peaceful and restorative practice, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra will leave you feeling renewed and rejuvenated. Cost: $10-20 sliding scale. Choose a ticket for $10, $15, or $20, whichever amount you are most comfortable with.

You are welcome to bring along your crystals. We place the crystals between the Tibetan bowls so they can be charged with their healing energy.

Please refrain from wearing any fragrances, such as essential oils, scented lotions, or perfume.
