Summer Solstice Sound Healing and Midsummer Dance

Join us for a Summer Solstice sound healing with Tibetan bowls and gongs, followed by a fun and easy Midsummer dance. 

The summer solstice is a time to celebrate the sun. It marks the first official day of summer and is the longest day of the year, with the most sunlight. The solstice has been observed for thousands of years by people all over the world, celebrating the sun and the life it gives. Midsummer is a time to celebrate the light within ourselves and recharge body, mind, and spirit.

After the sound healing, we will do a fun and easy Midsummer dance.

Please bring a flower/flowers to add to the Midsummer altar.

Feel free to bring your favorite crystals to charge them among the Tibetan bowls.

You won't want to miss this eclectic mix of meditative sounds -- Tibetan bowls and gongs! Dive into Oceans of Sound with a whale song gong bath. Experience the magic of Tibetan singing bowls, and float on the sound vibrations into a deeply meditative state.

Sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls and gongs promotes deep, healing relaxation while bringing body, mind, emotions, and spirit into balance. Sound healing is a safe and effective way to reduce stress and promote wellness. The harmonic overtones of the bowls interact with our nervous system and create a therapeutic effect on the mind and body. The healing energy of Tibetan bowls and gongs can assist in balancing the body’s energy centers (chakras) and energy field (aura), which is a natural way of increasing and maintaining health and well-being.

Cost: $10-20 sliding scale. Choose a ticket for $10, $15, or $20, whichever amount you are most comfortable with.

Please refrain from wearing any fragrances, such as essential oils, scented lotions, or perfume.
