Sound Healing can help you let go of blockages and old stuck habits, behaviors, attitudes and more that no longer serve your highest good. What do you want to get rid of so you can start the new year and the new decade feeling lighter and more open to new inspiration and opportunities?
Join us for a special year/decade-end sound healing experience. Allow the gongs and Tibetan singing bowls to take you into a deeply meditative state to bring peace to body, mind, and soul.
Bring along a yoga mat or folding chair, cushions for head and under the knees, eye cover, socks, water (and anything else to make you feel comfortable).
Please arrive a few minutes before we begin. This event is for ages 16 and up.
