About the Event
Allow the sound healing to push your re-set button and bring about a restorative state at the cellular level, in which you feel a deep reconnection with the primordial OM energy of the earth and the universe.
No experience necessary. Meditation beginners welcome!
Out of consideration for fellow meditators, please arrive a few minutes before we begin. This event is for ages 16 and up.
Bring along a yoga mat (or comfortable pad), cushions for head and under the knees, eye cover, socks, water (and anything else to make you feel comfortable while lying down). Feel free to bring a comfortable chair if that works better for you.
