Join us in our January New Year/New Decade sound healing, as we set our intentions for 2020 and beyond.
Allow the gongs and Tibetan singing bowls to take you into a deeply meditative state to bring peace to body, mind, and soul.
Bring along a yoga mat or folding chair, cushions for head and under the knees, eye cover, socks, water (and anything else to make you feel comfortable).
Please arrive a few minutes before we begin. This event is for ages 16 and up.
