Sound Bath: New Year/New Decade
This is a great time for a fresh start! Would you ike to create a positive shift in your life?
Join us at our New Year's Sound Healing, as we set our intentions for 2020 and beyond. Allow the gongs and Tibetan singing bowls to take you into a deeply meditative state to bring peace to body, mind, and soul.
Bring along a yoga mat or folding chair, cushions for head and under the knees, eye cover, socks, water (and anything else to make you feel comfortable).
Please arrive a few minutes before we begin. This event is for ages 16 and up.
Suggested donation: $12
