Join us on a voyage of Oceans of Sound and journey within -- destination Inner Peace.
Release stress and feel the magic of Tibetan singing bowls, with a whale-song gong bath. Allow the sound immersion to take you into a deeply meditative state to bring peace to body, mind, and soul.
Bring along a yoga mat, cushions for head and under the knees, eye cover, water (and whatever else to make you feel comfortable while lying down). Bring a comfortable chair if you can't lie down. Please arrive a few minutes before we begin.
This event is for ages 16 and up.
