Full Pink Moon in Libra: Sound Healing with Tibetan Bowls and Gongs

The energy of the full pink moon in Libra supports us in bringing more balance, harmony, and peace into our lives. 

We will be doing a full-moon release ceremony to let go of what no longer serves our highest good. Feel free to bring a hand drum or rattle, as well as your favorite crystals.

You won't want to miss this eclectic mix of meditative sounds -- Tibetan bowls and gongs! Dive into Oceans of Sound with a whale song gong bath. Experience the magic of Tibetan singing bowls, and float on the sound vibrations into a deeply meditative state.

Sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls and gongs promotes deep, healing relaxation while bringing body, mind, emotions, and spirit into balance. Sound healing is a safe and effective way to reduce stress and promote wellness. The harmonic overtones of the bowls interact with our nervous system and create a therapeutic effect on the mind and body. The healing energy of Tibetan bowls and gongs can assist in balancing the body’s energy centers (chakras) and energy field (aura), which is a natural way of increasing and maintaining health and well-being.
