Empowering Goals -- Reiki Holy Fire® Healing Experience

According to the International Reiki Center for Training (ICRT), Holy Fire® is spiritual energy that creates wholeness through purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance. Holy Fire® Experiences provide healing, insight, and guidance on one's situation in life. Everyone receives a benefit from this partially guided meditation.

The Reiki Holy Fire® Healing Experience can be used to empower goals. If there is a goal you are having trouble achieving, it’s likely that there is something that needs to heal before it can be achieved. There may be unconscious, negative feelings and thoughts about the goal that are blocking its achievement, such as fear of failure or fear of success. During the Reiki Holy Fire® Healing Experience, it is also possible to receive insight about the goal and guidance for making plans. In order to remove energy blocks, it’s important to release unconscious, negative attitudes about the goal. We also need to take responsibility for doing whatever is necessary to achieve our goal while being open to new ideas and attitudes about it. 

This Holy Fire® Experience will be accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, and various other meditatative instruments.

Be sure to find a comfortable, undisturbed, place to recline or lie down for about 45 minutes.
