This class is accessible and profoundly nourishing to students of all levels. A balanced sequence of centering, conscious breathing (pranayama), thorough warm-ups, gracefully empowering asanas, and blissful relaxation will be offered. You will be encouraged to listen to your own body’s wisdom as we practice self-care together.

About Crystal Galleher
Growing up with a yoga teacher as her mother, Crystal has been exploring the path of yoga for most of her life. The system of Yoga has been the foundation from which she has explored and expanded her self-awareness. Through years of intensive yoga study in a wide variety of settings (Kripalu Center, India, Omega Institute, Hale Pule, Mount Madonna Center), she has continued to redefine her relationship to yoga and how she teaches. Her approach to practice and teaching is based on the foundation of ancient yogic teachings (8 limbs of classical Ashtanga Yoga), as well as being personalized and aimed at full embodiment. She invites in all aspects and complexities of the human being into the healing and grounding practice. She guides her students into a yoga journey that is inclusive, safe, inspiring, and deeply self-reflective.
In her regular yoga classes (as well as her prenatal/postnatal classes), she enjoys sharing her knowledge of Ayurveda and offering a practice that is truly balancing to each individual’s system.
