Ba Ji Qi Gong is a type of Qi Gong practice that focuses on cultivating internal energy and strengthening the body. It involves a series of movements, postures, and breathing exercises that aim to balance the flow of Qi (vital energy) throughout the body. Regular practice of Ba Ji Qi Gong has been associated with various health benefits, including improved circulation, increased flexibility, reduced stress and anxiety, enhanced immune function, and better overall physical and mental well-being. It is also believed to be helpful in managing chronic conditions such as arthritis, hypertension, and diabetes. Additionally, Ba Ji Qi Gong is considered a gentle and low-impact form of exercise suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Cost: $10-20 sliding scale. Choose a ticket for $10, $15, or $20, whichever amount you are most comfortable with.
