The autumn equinox brings an equilibrium of day and night encourages us to balance the light and darkness within our own lives. This a meaningful time of year to honor the harvest of the plants and crops or the harvest of efforts and resolutions for your life path that you had marked initially in the year. The changing season is a key point in the cycle of life in nature and these physical changes have a deep impact and connection with every person's inner spiritual journey. 

Sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls and gongs promotes deep, healing relaxation while bringing body, mind, emotions, and spirit into balance. Sound healing is a safe and effective way to reduce stress and promote wellness. The harmonic overtones of the bowls interact with our nervous system and create a therapeutic effect on the mind and body. The healing energy of Tibetan bowls and gongs can assist in balancing the body’s energy centers (chakras) and energy field (aura), which is a natural way of increasing and maintaining health and well-being.

Cost: $10-20 sliding scale. Choose a ticket for $10, $15, or $20, whichever amount you are most comfortable with.
